Robertson Smith & Kempson has called west London home since 1991. Originally established in Hanwell, we are based in four popular neighbourhoods across Ealing and have earned a reputation as trusted local leaders in our towns.

Acton
Located on the High Street, our Acton office is situated in the heart of the area. The neighbourhood is one of west London’s most well connected, which attracts buyers and tenants looking for value within easy reach of central London. With a mix of characterful Victorian villas, charming cottages and modern new build developments, there are a variety of property styles that suit families, professionals and students alike. Acton Park and other nearby green spaces, provide open lawns for sports and leisure activities.

Ealing
Often referred to as the “Queen of the Suburbs”, it is known for its tree-lined streets, attractive period homes, and strong sense of community. It is no wonder that it has such a draw with its array of shopping options and excellent transport links. Robertson Smith & Kempson Ealing is positioned on The Broadway, covering both west Ealing and Ealing Broadway. There are several parks for residents to enjoy, including Walpole Park and Ealing Common. The area is particularly popular with families thanks to its well-regarded schools, many of them rated outstanding by Ofsted.

Hanwell
Our Hanwell office is on Greenford Avenue and has served the community for over thirty years. It is a neighbourhood that is recognised for its period charm with a broad range of Victorian and Edwardian houses and conservation areas. Hanwell benefits from access to several green spaces, including Brent Lodge Park, which has the River Brent running through and is home to the local Zoo. The Grand Union Canal, with its seven famous locks, is a highlight and provides residents with perfect routes for weekend walks. Since the opening of the Elizabeth line, Hanwell has become increasingly attractive for both buyers and tenants, thanks to its excellent transport connections.

Northfields
Positioned in the centre of this village-like town is Robertson Smith & Kempson Northfields, located on Northfields Avenue. The Avenue is the main hub, lined with independent cafés, restaurants and shops, including Delizia, an Italian deli, and Patri, known for Indian street food, which are local favourites. The surrounding streets are full of charming period terraces and stylish new build homes. Lammas Park and Walpole Park are both close by, offering open space and sports facilities to enjoy. Northfields remains a popular choice for families and professionals looking for character and a welcoming community.
