Marketing your property

We recognise that your requirements as a seller are as individual as the home you are selling, so we’ll create a tailored marketing campaign, designed to test the whole market and achieve you the very best price.

- We’ll present your property at its absolute best, with professional photography, floorplans and brochure.

- At any one time we have an extensive database of over 4,000 applicants and we will spend hours on the telephone to them, alerting prospective buyers of your property as soon as it becomes available and encouraging them to view. We estimate that we spend up to 200 hours’ work on each sale.

All this proactive marketing is designed to generate tremendous interest and viewings when your property is launched to the market. We will accompany buyers to viewing appointments to best show the features of your property and to highlight the attractions of the local area. We will feed back viewers' thoughts and comments, as it is important you know how the marketing is going.

Once we have found the buyer and an offer is accepted, we will then work hard to make sure the sale progresses in a timely manner by liaising with the solicitors on either side, surveyors, financial advisors or other professionals involved in the transaction. We will keep you fully informed throughout the process to make sure you know what we are doing and what happens next.
