Summer has arrived at Robertson Smith & Kempson and our four local offices have reported increasing activity in both sales and lettings. We are recognised for our focus and dedication in achieving the vest best results for our growing number of delighted clients. We have received over 1,000 Google reviews from happy customers with an average rating of 4.8 out of 5.

‘The sales team are experiencing an incredibly busy summer market. We registered over 120 new buyers within the first week of lockdown restrictions easing and we have continued to see strong numbers ever since,’ says Toby Littman, Sales Director at Robertson Smith & Kempson. ‘July is already our best month so far this year, now is definitely the right time to sell. We’re achieving great prices and there’s a huge demand from buyers making the most of the stamp duty change. We recently agreed a sale on a house which received multiple offers and sold for over the asking price on Midland Terrace,’ says Toby. ‘We’re advising buyers to make the most of great mortgage rates, to take advantage of the reduction in stamp duty and to move quickly because as a result of pent up demand there’s increasingly more competition.’

‘The number of tenants registering with us has soared and we have more properties on the market than ever before,’ says Altin Ismaili, Lettings Director at Robertson Smith & Kempson. ‘Due to the competitive nature of the market, we’re receiving multiple offers on properties that are well presented and priced correctly. For example we were recently instructed on a property that had been on the market with another agent with no success, we jumped on board and the team started generating viewings immediately,’ says Altin. ‘Following a viewing the next day, we received an offer from an applicant already on our database and successfully let the property. We’re advising tenants to be quick when wanting to make an offer, delay too long and they could miss out. The team has noticed there is a particularly high demand for properties with gardens and as a result of this they are being let incredibly quickly.’
